Bartender Error #3246
Hello,
We have a Bartender Document which gets its data from an MS Access 2010 Database. Everytime we're trying to get a print preview or print our document an error message pops up that says that Bartender doesn't have the autorisation to open the file (which is the database file).
The "funny" thing is that when I remove 2 Database-Fields on the document (not in the database configuration window) everything works fine, adding the Fields back and the error comes back as well. It doesn't even matter which Fields I remove, I just have to remove 2 Fields on the Document.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Does anyone have any ideas?Don't have a good idea - What if the BarTender document possibly corrupted.
Try create a simple document from scratch and connect to the same table, and other accdb file's table to see if there's any condition to have that.

Can you attach the most simplified BarTender document (.btw) which reproduces the issue and your database file?

Sorry I haven't replyed earlier. I've tried to upload a completed zip file, didn't work, tried to upload the database file or the Bartender document, didn't work either. The forum tells me I'm not having permissions to upload this kind of file :S

What if you rename the .zip file as txt. Will it then work?

It worked.
The file contains the database with the two tables used in the document including the images used for the document an the data.

I'm not sure what the problem could be, but it seems to be related to the Access database.
Try:
1. Create and empty database DB 1
2. Import all objects from your database into DB 1 (except those objects
that might be causing this access permission problems)
3. Rename DB 1 with the same name as your original database.Also, are these 2 Access tables related? If yes, by which field?
