    Get in touch with technical support: http://www.seagullscientific.com/support/technical-support/

     

    They will be able to help you, and if this is a bug, they'll be able to make sure it's reported and fixed in R2 that we'll be releasing in the not too distant future.  If this is a bug then chances are we've already fixed it for R2, but please report just in case.

    Thanks Ian, I'm already in contact with my reseller for BarTender and I believe they are in contact with your people.

     

    I was just hoping to see if anybody else has come across this issue.

    Hi,

     

    did you (or anyone else) get any new information on this subject? I'm also highly missing the button to activate listing of available views in the Wizard!

    Is there any evidence that this problem will be fixed in the coming release? Any release notes regarding this? Thanks Tim

    A significant number of issues will be addressed in R3, along with updated translations, and a few new features making for a worthwhile update in any case.  I'm sure there will be some release notes to read to go along with the new software.  I don't know if this particular problem is covered, but you'll discover that yourself soon enough.

    I'm afraid I will discover this soon enough. It just would be great to know, since this in particiular stops our migration from version 9 to 2016...

    Do we know if R3 fixed these issues ?

     

    After thoroughly reading the release notes, it doesn't look like it did.

    I do not know myself personally.  R3 does fix a great many issues so chances of a fix being there is pretty good.  Feel free to email technical support if you wish to know before installing.  I would recommend the update whatever the case.
