Only Reading First Record In Excel Document
Hello,
I've connected an excel sheet database to Bartender for printing from. For some reason, it is only reading the first record and the field names, though there are over 350 records in the excel sheet. The other lines do not appear in searches or previews at all, only the first line.
I'm not sure how to fix this, and I haven't been able to find anything. The file is saved as a .xlsx.
Thank you

I should also mention that there are no filters active on this database.

Have you tried adjusting your Selected Records to either All or Selected at Print Time? From your setting shown above you have told BarTender just to select from record number 1

Sorry, it took me a while to get back to this location. It doesn't seem to change anything - this is where you meant, right?
Thank you!

I suspect there is either something worng in either the database itself or the Database Connection Setup in BarTender.
For the latter, open up the Database Connection Setup and click on Record Browser. With no filters in place you should see all the records in the table. If not try creating a brand new label and link that the database again leaving all the options as default and then look in the record browser and see if you can see any more data.

When looking under the records browser with no filter, the first line was still the only one that came up. When I created a new label, I found that it was the exact same way.
I tried it one last time, except I checked the box that's something along the lines of "set sheet parameters," where you can limit what portion of the worksheet BarTender looks at, and put the parameter well outside of the data I needed. For some reason, this worked!
Thank you for your help.

Glad you are sorted.
I have had to use that a couple of times in the past where the ODBC didn't seem to like something in the spreadsheet layout
