I tried to update from 2019 to 2022. When I upgraded to 2022 my current product key did not work.

Then I tried to revert to 2019 and I still could not get the current product key to work. I tried to use the clipboard button and I get not a product key. Removed dashes that I had in the product key and still I get not a product key.
