MSSQL Logon Failure

Login failed for user 'domain/user'. Reason: Failed to open the explicitly specified database 'BarTender'. [CLIENT: #.#.#.#]

 

We have a BT license server on the computer itself, but it is still trying to ping our Domain Controller to logon to a BT database.

  Have you checked in Administration Console that you have not configured a remote system database?
