ERROR: 10105: BarTender System Service: The BarTender System Service failed an attempt to find information

Dear Team,

  We are using Labworks software to print label barcode via Bartender 2019 but near day appear to many errors on event view:

" ERROR: 10105: BarTender System Service: The BarTender System Service failed an attempt to find information.Table: MessageLog, Command: Inner Message: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connect".

We not using Database of Bartender.

Some time print barcode very slow (take 5 minute), lastime we are using Bartender 10.1 R4 very fast.

Please support us fix issued.

  It sounds like you have some kind of message/error logging set or similar and the BarTender apps cannot find the BarTender System Database. I would suggest opening Administration Console on the sever that is running the Integration and enable/create the System Database from the appropriate tab. That may possibly improve the performance but if not at least you will be able to use History Explorer to potentially get more information about the errors you are receiving

  Hi Peter,

    Can we disable appear this error logs related to issued? Current, on event view on window server appear to many errors.
