Converting Excel file contents into Named Data Sources

Is there any way that I can import an excel file or other file type like csv or xml, and then make the contents into Named Data Label Sources? I always copy and paste the contents manually when creating Name Data Sources and its consuming time especially when dealing with hundreds of Named Data Sources.

Importing .bdts is not working for me since you have to create a master template first loaded with your preset Named Data Sources, which you have also to copy paste manually first. Most labels that I am working has different label aliases.

This is the sample data sources from excel that I want to automate.

  I would normally add the fields on and then configure/enable the names from here

  Yes, but if I am working with hundreds of fields at the same time, with that process, I shall still enable the names manually one by one. Is there any process that I can convert those hundred fields into Named Data Sources?

  No not that I am aware of, I believe you need to configure each individually
