How I change this? (Print option from excell)

Hi, I have 2 different labels. Both of them are connected with the same excell file, but they are using a different sheet. 

Why are 2 different types of windows to choose data? And how I change it to the other?

  Some has set the Properties of the Record Pickers differently, with one set to Quantity and the Checkbox. These settings are controlled by the highlighted dropdown box
