Error 6236. Print Job Aborted
I have recently updated our Access file which is connected to our labels. The labels started to print ok but now I am receiving an "Error Message 6236: Print Job Aborted. The record set could not be created due to the following: No value given for one or more required parameters." How do I know what is missing or how to troubleshoot this?

Hello Marion,
Welcome to the BarTender Community!
Perhaps the connection to the database was lost and that is why the parameters are valueless. I would try going to the individual data sources you are using and making sure all of these are correctly set up:
If once you click on "Database Connection Setup" you find the connection is broken instead of taking you to the database menu showcasing your current database connection, you will have to replace these connections so they match your current database.
I hope this helps!0 -

Sure Luis! Does this happen just when trying to print via Print Station? If so, you could try the following fix to troubleshoot Error 6236:
- Install the latest Access Database Engine. Be sure to match the right architecture: if you are running 64-bit BarTender, pick the 64-bit version of the database engine.
- Microsoft Access Engine Download
- When installing, open the install file, right-click, and run as administrator.
Please, let us know if this works for you.
