Bartender 2016 R9 - Datamax A6310 issue

    Hello Kostas,

    Thank you for reaching us via our BarTender Community Forum.

    And this behavior can't be replicated using another printer? How about when you select a test print? Is the issue present then?

    Also, could you tell us what method are you using for printing? Is it directly through BarTender Designer, an integration, or something else?

    We are printing direclty from Bartender . We gave some prints in a Sato printer and everything is working 
    fine. 
    Just to know this issue exists from 2016 , I had a conversation through emails with one of your technicians and 
    a techician from Datamax , it seems that there was a limitation in the printer but due to datamax technician the new manual with the progamming commands that had be sent to your technician should have solve the problem. Check the "emails" below: 

    Seagull-"by looking at an old programming manual for the A-class series it looks like you can only make use of the printer time clock feature, but that it does not support adding an offset to it (in order to print a best before date). 

    Is my assumption correct? If this has changed in the meantime, could I get an up to date programming manual for me to examine?"

    Datamax-"Yes there has been a change here where by we introduced a method of being able to offset, days months, years etc with a change in the command being used, I have attached a document that explains how to do this, this will work for any D-O printer that has a RTC."
