Print issue on new PC
I have had license transferred to a new PC and at the same time the driver reinstalled on the new PC
Since then, Bartender only prints one label then Data Supplies light come on in yellow - this indicates there should not be a ribbon loaded as in Direct Thermal Mode however We use a ribbon
Have checked on Printer software and Bartender setting and appears to be set to thermal transfer and labels with black marks as it should be but only getting one label and then everything else jams in the queue?

Could you tell us what BarTender version, edition, and service release are you using? Also, what are the printer model and driver version?Thank you!

Hi Xabier - thanks for coming back to me
We are using Bartender 2016 R9 Professional with a ZT220. We had to reinstall the driver on moving the computer and this is now Driver Version 8.6.5.26125
