I try to print on a Zebra ZXP Series 3 card printer connected via TCP/IP and get following errors:

"ZMotifToZXP3Server::ParseIncomingMessage: ePrintJob: print job failed. ZMotif error code: 0x000186A4"

and

"Printer: Zebra ZXP Series 3 Port: xx.xxx.x.xx_xxxxxxxx: CurName was-Zebra ZXP Series 3: ZXP3ServerInterface::SendData: Error code returned from the ZMotifToZXP3 server: 100004"

Seagull for Zebra Driver version 2022.1 installed on Windows Server 2016

Any Idea what could cause this errors? 

Printer can be reached (via ping), local firewall is turned off, other firewalls should not block traffic
