RFID Encoding issues

We are using bartender 2019 and printing and encoding rfid tags through a zt411R. The issue is that the encoding value is the data from the previous job even if the text printed is correct. If there is 5 tags to print/encode, the last tag is printed with the correct text while the epc is encoded with 4th entry’s data. The driver installed is from bartender and the printer is brand new and latest firmware installed. Calibration have been done without any changes. Thanks in advance for your help

  Could you tell us what BarTender service release are you currently on? You can find this information if you navigate to BarTender Designer's upper menu and click on "Help > About". If you are not using the most up-to-date revision of the software (BarTender 2019 R10), we would recommend updating your environment to this latest revision. We would also recommend you review our document on Updating BarTender to the Latest Revision before taking any action.
  
  Also, if you were to create a new document and try to replicate this issue you are experiencing, can it be replicated? And if so, do you experience this issue in multiple machines?
