Labels are out of position when printing multiple pages

Hello,

I set the label size (2 inch x 2.1 inch) as shown below but when printing the label is out of position. I want to print all content in one page. Please help me on this issue.

  The top option would be the one to use but you would also need to make sure you have set the printer to use the Gap/Transmissive sensor so that it is looking for the gap between the labels. 

  The page size needs to be the height of just the label itself whilst the width should be the width of the label with the gap either side and then set a right and left margin to account for the excess backing material to the sides. No margin is needed for the top and bottom as the printer will use the sensor to pick this up.
