Toshiba B-EX 4T1-GS12-QM-R Network Print Not Working
We have a network printer (Toshiba B-EX 4T1-GS12-QM-R) and when we log in via the web interface and test print it works perfectly. However, when we print via Windows (test print) it seems to accept the print but nothing works (Bartender print options). Windows thinks it has printed ok but no labels appear. We had a printer engineer in who found no fault with the printer. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like the issue is the driver install with it either not being connected or that something else is preventing the connection.
I would suggest try logging in with full admin rights and try sending a Form Feed command down to the printer via the driver (Printer Properties>Tools>Form Feed dropdown option). If that doesn't work then try putting the unit into hex dump mode and repeat, taking the device out of hex dump afterwards.
If that doesnt work send a ping command to the printer to make sure your PC can see it, and repeat with the printer turned off to make sure there is not a conflict on your network with duplicate IPs.
You may want to also try to remove the driver from your PC and then reboot it and then reinstall the printer and try the basic Form Feed test. When reinstalling you may want to add it as a local printer first (say select LPT1 as the port) and then configure the driver port setttings adding the appropriate network/IP port that the print is linked to and then retest the connection.
