Code 39 not printed on black label

Hi,

I have issue when print barcode(Code 39) on black label. I already follow the tips where create a black border and set white color on the barcode.

It works but only if I chose embedded data. When I change the datasource to get from database, the barcode not printed.

At first, I suspected because of empty data but I can see the barcode in preview screen. I've tried the solutions on changing the print method, but none of them working.

  You could try using the Arrange settings to send the background to the back and barcode to the front and see if that does anything. 

  If you are using a label printer with a Seagull driver you could also try amending the Print Method to let BarTender create the barcode

  I did tried your suggestion, but the barcode still not come out. I'm not sure where is wrong but the barcode is printed where I chose data source is embedded.Its not working when I chose database

  Sorry not sure what else to suggest it prints okay from a database with my printer. However, I dont think it will scan though being a reverse image
