Error on Bartender web portal when enable security on Bartender Administrator console

I try to setup Bartender web portal on our server windows2012r2.
After install and try on example file is work. But i try to enable security option on Bartender Administrator console and try to print again, It show error "Permission Denied User: TH3SRBARTENDER2\SYSTEM Action: Run BTXML Script Application: BarTender BarTender's security policy does not allow the specified user to perform this action" as attach image.
Please advice how to fix this error.

  I am experiencing the same problem as well.  I have created a support ticket but have not received a satisfactory solution yet.

  Hello,

  I would first suggest verifying you have Security Console permissions set for all users that you are trying to access Bartender Files, I would also make sure that the user for the application pool is included in the Bartender Security Settings.
