Printing Pauses between labels

Hello,

I am completely new to all of this and looking around for help.I currently have a problem with printing labels and was hoping i would find some help since i'm almost out of ideas. I am using Nice Driver 4.5.01 to print from Seagull BarTender to a Zebra 140 Xi printer. OS is windows XP Pro. While printing, there seems to be a pause of about 5 to 6 seconds between each label, there are times when i need to print a batch of about a hundred labels so you may image how long this would take, about 20 minutes or so.
This label in particular is about 7 x 5 inches and i have noticed that with smaller labels, 3 x 2 inches or so, the pause is much shorter.Any ideas how i can solve this issue. I went through many resources and also printing labels tool videos but did not find any solution for this issues. Please help me out.

  Please try with Seagull Driver with Win XP Supported version 7.4.2.

  Using seagull driver enables some optimization options on Print dialog > Performance tab, which might helps.
