problems to save label in my network
Hello
I bought a toshiba label printer and I got your software bartender lite 2016, this software is enought for me, but I have a problem when I try to save a label I made previously the message is "Error Message 3314. Could not save to file: (File path) Please check for file access rights and available disk space". I have a lot space and I have total control, in fact if I save the label in my compurter after I can copy it in my network address, I can rewrite it.
Someone can help me?

If that's happens on BarTender GUI and you have full control on the folder, I don't have a good idea of what's happening.
I would re-create the shared folder, give full control to yourself again, login to the computer again and try.
If that's happening only on Integration, you can specify the Integration's login user, from Integration Builder.
