Label size not saved correctly

Good morning,

i'm experiencing an issue when printing labels with a Zebra ZT421.

I set up a custom stock in printer preferences, editing the "USER" preset and setting 148 mm x 210 mm as dimensions.

When I enter printer preferences from control panel, i can see that the dimensions are correctly set.

However, when i print a label from our ERP (which uses the standard system printer window), and i enter the printer preferences, the dimensions are different (there are the default dimensions under "USER" preset and not the ones i previously set up).

This is happening only on some PCs; on others the dimensions are correctly saved and everytime i print, they remain the same.

Any idea on how to solve the issue?

  The User settings in the driver will be PC specific and so you probably need to set those on each machine.

  thank you for your answer.

  The problem is occuring on different machines/PCs, not on different users.I mean, on every machine i set up the dimensions (for example, logged in with user A). If I launch our ERP with user "A" and  launch a label printing, i can see that dimensions are different from the ones i set up in control panel->printer preferences. Obviously the label results misaligned.

  Any idea to solve the issue?
