- What BarTender version, edition, and service release are you currently using?
- Have you always experienced this issue, or is it new? If so, did you change anything in your environment?
- What printer drivers are you using?

We are having issue with Bartender server as print jobs getting stopped. This happened three times in last 1 month and we had to reboot the Bartender server to resolve the issue. Can anyone help to get permanent solution for the issue?
The below errors noticed in the application log of the Bartender Server during the last occurrence of the issue:
Error,3/15/2023 12:47:37 AM,BarTender System Service,10062,None,"The server failed to resume the transaction. Desc:3800000416.
The transaction active in this session has been committed or aborted by another session."
Error,3/15/2023 12:47:37 AM,BarTender System Service,10087,None,"BarTender System Service: There was a problem connecting to the database.; Inner Message: The server failed to resume the transaction. Desc:3800000415.

Hi, we connected Labvantage application with bartender when we click the print button in labVantage it is showing success message & in the bartender server in the Administrative console we can't see any error message on message history also 0 document in the printer queue but labels are not printing.
Please help us on this.

I believe you need to have an Integration running for this to work, have you configured and started one of those in Integration Builder and then deployed it on your live system?
