Image not printing on label

I have a .5" tall label.  Printing to a Zebra R110xi4.  If I put the desired image on the label in Bartender nothing prints.  I have to tell Bartender that the label is 1.8" tall in order for the image to print correctly on the label.  However, this makes it difficult to fine tune the position of the image which is important on the small label.

The printer form feeds correctly so I think the printer is calibrated on the printer.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

  I would double check that you have installed the correct DPI driver as the 110 was available as a 203, 300 and 600dpi unit and so if you are sending the label down via an incorrect resolution printer then all the positional commands on the label will be wrong as will the creation of the image that is being sent to the device to print

  The print of the color laser printer does not match the size of the label. A new typeface has been sent down by HO, but still has not properly line up.
