Print Portal- Delay loading labels
I am currently having an issue on 2 servers. I have setup print portal and loaded labels into Librarian.
Issue is when accessing the URL of the servers and selecting a required label- there is a delay of 30 seconds. After printing or closing the label down, and re-opening the label, sometimes it will load within 5 seconds or it may take another 30 seconds.
This is occurring for all labels on both servers. Has anyone experienced this issue before?
