Markoprint driver

Dear Sirs, I am writing to you because we are implementing a packaging line for a customers. The customer has already purchased a Markoprint X4 Jet Plus printer to print barcodes on boxes. The architecture of the solution involves an MES system that sends the printing information to the Bartender software, on which the label templates and various information related to the product are uploaded. I checked the seagullscientific (Bartender) site but could not find drivers for Markoprint products. The client would like to keep Bartender as the sw for print management, have you had other similar experiences? How can we handle this? Thank you in advance for your response

  Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your customer's packaging line implementation. We understand that your customer has already acquired a Markoprint X4 Jet Plus printer for barcode printing on boxes, and you are using BarTender software for print management, with an MES system for sending printing information and label templates.

  While we highly recommend using Drivers by Seagull for seamless integration and optimal performance, it is worth noting that BarTender can also work with the printer manufacturer's drivers without any issues. Although we currently do not carry Markoprint Drivers by Seagull, you can still use the printer with BarTender by installing the appropriate drivers provided by the Markoprint manufacturer. Has your customer tried installing these? 

  To ensure smooth operation and compatibility, we recommend reaching out to the Markoprint support team or visiting their website to obtain the necessary drivers for the X4 Jet Plus printer.
