Hi, I hope you're doing well. we are using the Zebra ZT411R machine for label printing with bartender software. We've observed that when we print labels using the Bartender software designer, the Special Elite Font works perfectly fine. However, when we utilize the web print portal, it displays the Sample Bar Code Font instead. This issue seems to be specific to the compatibility between the Special Elite Font and the bartender software on Windows 10/11. Interestingly, the same settings work flawlessly on Windows Server 2019 in both the Bartender designer and the print portal.
