Bartender 2021. End users print through the web browser print portal and our in-house system has worked great for 2 years. Recently the database team inadvertently disconnected the SQL database. After restoring the connection, end users now have to basically start over after each label print from their browser. Previously it would keep the same printer name and they could quickly print another label to the printer nearest them. They did have an issue assigning the correct DB permissions/role (?) on restore. Does this sound like still a DB permission issue or ?
