Printer Problems

I am new to Bartender software - I am trying to print multiple labels at a time.

It will print 1 label and I have to shut off printer and restart everytime.

  What printer are you using (make/model)?

  What is the error message or error signal displayed if no screen on the device?

  What type of labels are you using, with or without a ribbon, interlabel gap, continuous or black mark/stripe?

  From the rough description it sounds like a sensing issue or else the labels are not loaded correctly. If you make sure there are no labels sat in the printer queue/spooler on the PC and turn the printer off, after you turn it on again if you feed a label do you get the same error?
