error 1401 for a second time
We needed to install another printer (same make and model) because the old one malfunctioned. BarTender now says we have exceeded the licenses for 1 printer after the new printer was installed on the laptop. I had the same issue the last time I had to swap out a printer. My license is valid until June of next year.
Only one printer is being used with the program. The laptop Bartender runs on has another printer to print Excel and Word documents.
The small label printer (QL-800) is the only one using the Bartender program. I need a fix that won't require me to be down for hours. This seems to happen every single time I need to swap out a printer. We use these printers daily and there is a lot of warn and tear on them so swapping them out will happen frequently.

For this case, it is better that you reach out directly to our Technical Support Team, they will be able to better assist to and determine the reason why printers rare being detected as duplicates one.
