Seagull.Services.Integration.WebService high memory utilization
Operating BarTender 2022 R4 Enterprise using Integrations that monitor an FTP drop folder for print trigger files.
While monitoring the server the Integrations are running on, observed that Seagull.Services.Integration.WebService.exe is utilizing approximately 5 GB of memory.
Since the Integrations used do not utilize a Web Service, is there a reason for Seagull.Services.Integration.WebService.exe to be operating, much less using so much memory?

Hello Michael,
Thank you for reaching us via our Community Forums.
Based on the information you provided, it's unusual for a service related to integrations not utilizing a web service to be running and consuming a significant amount of memory; and since issues related to performance often require more dedicated troubleshooting, we would recommend reaching us directly via our Get Support page if you haven't already.
That being said, we would recommend updating to our latest service release (BarTender 2022 R7) since this latest patch might provide some fixes for this issue. Please review our documentation on the subject before updating your service release.
Other than that, we would recommend using system monitoring tools like Task Manager to get more details about the process. Look for any unusual CPU or disk activity associated with it; and checking if the memory utilization is consistently high or if it spikes during specific events or operations. This might give us a clue about what's triggering it.
Let us know how it goes!0
