    Hello Raymond,

    Thank you for reaching us via our Community Forums.

     You can actively monitor the printing status using the following tools:

    • Administration Console (on the computer where the integrations are deployed)
    • History Explorer (to check print job status), this would also need to be from the computer hosting your BarTender environment (only Enterprise editions allow for a centralized system database)
    • Checking the logs automatically generated by the integration - C:\ProgramData\Seagull\Services\Logging (in case you are using an integration)

    Thank you for your response. I acknowledge that the print job status, indicated by messages like "Finished sending print job to printer," can be accessed through History Explorer or REST API. My inquiry pertains to Bartender's capability to actively monitor printer status, encompassing conditions such as the printer being offline, encountering a head-open error, or experiencing an out-of-label error.
