The socket connection was aborted - Bartender 2022 R6 Integration

Hi.

We are randomly getting "the socket connection was aborted" error message in our Integration, which causes the integration to stop and the only way to resume it is by stopping and starting the integration task from the Administration Console.

The integration executes stored procs from a SQL server (different Virtual Machine) + read / write from some SQL tables, but the performance on SQL is good (and is a shared Instance with many DBs)

We have also checked the Bartender Virtual server performance and added more vCPUs and RAM.

Does anybody have an idea or can shed some light?

  Have the root cause clarified or a workaround?

  I have started to face the same issue, randomly in a specific integration.

  Hi, we just marked the "Verify the print job has been printed before continuing" on the integration Print Options and with a "Maximum wait time" = 15 seconds. And it started working without issues.
