File not found Error with full lookup data but is there with partial.

I am using BarTender Designer 2022 R7 with a SQL database connection for a simple part label filtered by an order number as the query prompt. The query prompt is using a "Like" value. When in designer and searching the database record browser with the full order number, I can see the desired records and print without issue.

However, when using the print portal and searching by the complete order number I get the "No results" error message, but if I back off the final two or three digits from the search string, the desired records are within the returned values, listed exactly as originally searched. 

To make it even stranger, this does not happen all the time and when it does, if I print from designer the production employees can then successfully find the order using the print portal. 

Does anybody have any idea on what might be happening? Of the dozens of labels I have designed using the same basic methods & connection types, this is the only one with this issue.

  The issue you are describing could be due to a bug and might have been fixed in newer BarTender revisions; in order to be sure, could you provide us with your BarTender version, edition and service release? If the service release is not up to date, then we would recommend updating to the latest software revision and trying to test whether the issue is still present.
