The Selected Printer Does Not Support Printer Code Template Capabilities.

Hi,

 

We're trying to design labels for which we want to generate a sapscript file.  The file is intended to be uploaded to our SAP system and then printed on a laser printer (HP Laserjet P3015). 

When we try to generate the sapscript, through option "Export Printer Code Template", we get an error message that says that the printer does not support this capability.

 

However, we were successful in printing a sapscript from another source to this same printer.  So it is possible to use a sapscript to print to this printer, but BarTender would not generate sapscript for it.

 

Could someone help me understand what is going on?

  Exporting to printer code templates is only supported when using a Seagull Scientific printer driver.  Sorry...
