Unable To Print Images Of Label On Zebra Zm400(600Dpi)

i have designed a label with images using bartender(enterprise automation 10.1 sr1, os windows 7),and export it to sap script . however i tried to print it, not any images in the label. who can help me.

 

my step :

1. created label using bartender(printer is ZM400-600DPI)

2.export .btw to .ITF file

3.import ITF file to sap script

4. print sap script, text is ok. but images don't print in label.

 

we have print it via printer ZM400(600DPI) and 110xi4(600dpi) , all images don't print in label.

 

before install printer ZM400, I has created label with images(printer 110xi4), i can print it via 110xi4.  the environment of software is same.

 

please help me, it is urgent.

  Make sure you use SAP Script ITF (UTF-8) and/or try using one of the other graphics encoding options in the printer driver preferences (Document Properties).
