    Hello,

Can you attach the template that you are using for this? I tried it here and it seemed to work fine, but there may be something different about how you have your template setup.

    Thanks

Attached is the file. It may be hard to check out without including a selfcontained database, however. Unfortunately it doesn't ALWAYS happen.

Could you explain in further detail how are you specifying "Zero copies" of the Primary Template? I can only see you specifying the number of copies per serial number (which depends on one of the fields of the database).

Note that BarTender won't allow a setting for the number of copies per serial numbers less than 1. If working through automation (having BarTender run as a service) no label would be printed at all.

Is it your intention to sometimes not print the "Primary Template" but keep printing the "End of Job Template"? If that is the case you should use a "Template Selector" to choose avoid printing the Primary Template when some circumstances are met.

In any case please explain your issue in further detail.

    Hi Fernando,

We no longer have the same requirement. In this case we are always going to print 1 copy and only 1 copy. That being the case, everything works out fine. Thanks for your response. -Craig
