An Unexpected Error Occured While Exporting

We are using the web print server and regualrly getting an error "An unexpected error occured while exporting. We have tried to figure out what could be causing this but to no avail so looking to see if anyone else has encoutnered this. Here is what we have checked so far.

1. Authorizations, at this point we have made IIS_WEBPRINT a adminsitrator to eliminate this as an option.
2. We have accessed the same label from within the resources folder directly from barTender and able to print with no errors so this leads us to the assumption that it is in fact the web print server that is doing something unique that is failing.
