Prompt Text Label Size

I am using BTW 9.4 SR3.  I have an issue with the Prompt Labels sizing.  I am trying to get the Labels to all show on the same line, but I cannot seem to resize that field to do so.  The image above shows what I'm looking at.  I would like to have Customer Name show up on one line, rather than across 2 lines.

 

This issue only shows up on the Web Page, and not within Bartender.  Within Bartender, it looks perfect with 1 line per label text and prompt.

 

Suggestions?

  Is it about Web Print Server 9.4, downloaded from below?

  Not sure what happening exactly - what client OS and web browser?

  In BarTender's prompt design, check Single Line is selected as Text Label Type.

  I'm using the most recent version from the link you provided, so that's not an issue.

  The Single Line is selected on the Prompt Page.

  could you post the document (btw file), and the wps's page saved as HTML? (with .txt extension)

  On the "Prompt Design" tab of your Template (btw file) open "Properties" box to reveal "Modify Selected Text Control". Within the "Text" tab you can change the Type to "Paragraph" and then you can  modify the Paragraph Width to be larger than the size needed.
