I have designed a very simple label and print preview shows the label correctly but when the label is printed the human readable portion of the label is in the middle of the label. Why the difference in the two views?

Perhaps your printer render human readable in wrong position.

On the barcode's property, symbology and size, select "Barcodes and human readable text controlled by BarTender".

Also use TrueType / Open type font (such as Arial) rather than printer's font (Such as Zebra Triumvirate), as exact preview cannot be shown for printer's fonts.

I have a same problem only with printing to PDF. I use an opentype font arial and when I print to PDF the layout is changed. I Checked the settings of the adobe pdf creator and the fonts are missing. I think I have to add a font but when I search the internet I find a lot of those fonts.

So my my question: How solved this problem already or knows which fonts to load in Adobe pdf printer.

Embed font. I don't know much about PDF creator however there should be setting to embed truetype font. Other thought is try another PDF printer such as Bullzip.

I attached the label that is made for a ALX720 from Avery. With this printer we don't have problems. Whem we change the printer to PDF printer the problem starts.

Strange thing is that Bartender uses opentype fonts from adobe so this should not be a problem. I am really lost with this topic.....

We have to print PDF to make it possible that the external warehouse can print the labels and change wrong or damage labels. Before bartender we used Labelview and there this was not a problem..
