Bartender Will Not Print Multiple Records From Database

I have a label that connects to a database that prints inventory and shipping labels.

Here are my issues.

Note: this only happens with my label that connects to a pervasive database . I use an ODBC connection to the database. I am running WinXP Pro SP3.

1. If i try to print multiple records at one time it will not print them.
2. If i just select one record it will print fine.
3. I can have the printer que window open when i try to print multiple records , and it will show up and saying printing say 4 pages . The print job goes away meaning the job is gone to the printer (like it should ) .... but the printer never prints anything. It's like the print job went out into the ether somewhere. Now I have to turn the printer off and back on to reset it so i can print to it at all again.

  If anybody is curious .... i updated to the newest printer driver and that fixed it.
