Using a tiff or png file format would be better that jpg which is best used for photos.

EPS can be used but BarTender doesn't offer full EPS support so some files might not render correctly.

In BarTender v10 image file support was improved including the support of PDF files, which might also be an option for you.

I've also found that using images designed for the DPI of our intended printer will keep things as crisp as possible. I have Zebra 105SL printers with both the 203 and 300 dpi print heads ... so the images meant for my 300 dpi printers are 300 dpi PNG files, same goes for the 203 dpi printers.

I probably should have checked that before  , but sometimes when I get busy I forget the simplest things. I will make sure the images I will be using are 300 dpi for my 300 dpi printer. Thank you.
