Printing 2 Lines And That's It?
It seems to me that maybe the Print head or whatever you actually call it is the problem, but maybe not. when printing we get 2 lines of actual print on our labels. Each line is about 1/8th of an inch wide, the rest of the label is blank. what is printed in those two lines seems to be correct. Any ideas? I tried re-installing the printed on the workstation. and I tried resetting the printer to factory settings. also messed with the darkness. Any ideas? we have a ZM400 203 ZPL

When you say two lines do you mean two lines of text, or line lines?? Perhaps if you show us your label design, and then a photo of what prints we'll have a better idea as to what might be going wrong.

I would love to show you a photo, but photo sharing sites like photobucket aren't allowed and I have no idea how to upload photos to your website to get it into My Media

I think this is more of a zebra hardware problem than a seagull problem

You can try performing a factory default reset on the printer, do this via the "Tools" tab of the printer driver using the "Actions" button menu. If you still have no luck I would say this is caused by a massive print-head failure. Try a print-head diagnosis test to confirm. Switching the print-head between the two printers will also help to confirm the problem. You'll probably need to buy a replacement print-head.
