Print All Aligning Left 追蹤

We recently had a mechanical problem with our B-472 and now all text fields are printing to the left of the print area, completely ignoring the Bar Tender template.

The label responds to moving things up and down on the template, but every field is printing to the extreme left of the label.

We have re-loaded the Bartender software on the controlling PC - no change.

We have the same programme running successfully on an SX5 and this programme has run successfully for many years on the B-472. Until now.

 

Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this.

Update printer driver to the latest using DriverWizard in Toshiba TEC driver package.

 

Reset printer to factory state following by printer's manual.

Print from Notepad etc to check it depends printing application or not.

Connect to any other computer to have the same issue or not.

 

If all fails - it sounds like the printer have problem - ask the reseller or printer maker, if the model is still supported.

Hi thanks for the advice.  We'd tried re-installing the driver, but did it again, but no joy.

There is nothing in the printer manual about how to re-set to factory settings so I guess it's back to the reseller.

 

Yes, A complete parameter clear has sorted it.
