Bartend.exe Crashes 追蹤

Hi

We are having a problem with our Bartender/Commander installation, the process seems to crash and the events below are generated in the Commander Logging  pane and the Windows Event Viewer respectively.

 

Commander Logging:

[Error] BarTender process <3636> is unresponsive.   The process will be restarted.
[Error] Commander encountered an error while connected to BarTender. The operating system reported error "The remote procedure call failed".

The problem that we have is that the process crashes resulting in the error in the Commander Logging pane mentioned above, after the crash Commander no longer prints the label to the printers. At this stage we have manually sent files from Bartender to the printers which print as expected(The print drivers are version 7.3.8), and also sent the 'Generic Test' print to the devices using the Seagul drivers. The only way to get the printing to resume at the moment is for someone to manually log into the server and kill the process or click ok on the message that pops up saying the process has terminated unexpectedly.

We are currently running the program in application mode, we were running it in service mode before, both modes have the same problem.

I have followed the Troubleshoot bartender guide that is also attached to this post and the issues was not resolved.

Thanks to Ian Cummings! Driver isolation is working ! Bartender is no longer breaks down.
