Excel To Access 追蹤
Our company is currently using Excel as a database for Bartender, which is installed at a few PC's. The boss says he wants to be able to edit documents for everyone and save them to a central location. So we are migrating to Access. Apparently, with Access you can split it, create a front end, distribute it to eveyone with Bartender, and have a copy as a back end, put it on the server, and you can acheve the goal of having multiple users access and modify the file at the same time and have their changes saved as well.
When I tried this, I could not get Bartender to see the front end's database, which I had named 'UPC'
If I used the file for the backend it could see it fine. Is there something else I can do to try to make it so multiple users can edit a database and save changes at the same time? Is there some reason the Access database front end table does not show up?
