Missing Documents

HI all,

 

The Oracle integration white papers mention a subfolder called BarTender\Formats\Oracle under my documents folder. I can't find even the Formats folder, let alone the Oracle folder. Can anyone help me find it, or somewhere on the seagull website I can get the folder contents from?

  Assuming you have a recent version of BarTender you'll find it here: C:\Users\<YourUserName>\Documents\BarTender\BarTender Documents\Oracle

  Found it, IT downloaded the software under the admin not the user so I had to get access to the admins documents to get it. Thank you.
