Print Template Label Using Printer Ip Address 追蹤

Hello,

I installed the trial version of BarTender 10.1 SR3. I created a simple Label template, and using BarTender .NET libraries I was able to load the template and send the label to a Printer.

So far it seems that the only way to specify the printer that it'll be used is sending the Printer Name. My question is if is it possible to send the printer's IP address instead of the name of the printer?

Regards.

Note really as BarTender is using a printer instance when printing, namely a printer driver coupled with a port that points to a particular printer.  I suppose you could build a function to get together a collection of your available printer instances and from that examine the port property value to create an array of printer name/port that you can then make reference to, but from the BarTender side you'd still need to use the printer instance name.

Thanks a lot for your response. Is there a way to programmatically obtain the the printer's code (In my case EPL code)?

I'm doing tests using an EPL Zebra Printer.

Thanks in advance for your response.

Regards.

No this is not possible.  For what reason are you looking to do this?
