Hi,

I have a bartender version enterprise automation (9.4 SR3)
With the activation status: activated.

But still facing the problem "demonstration mode" and causing some character wrong print.
I have try to follow the guidance here:

But cannot see any related button/menu where we can remove the trial features.

Please help.

Was there any any other error message prior to this one? This is just the end result of some previous error.

It is most likely that either you haven't installed and activated the Seagull License Server, or you have not properly configured BarTender to connect with it. Information about Seagull License Server can be found in the below white paper:

The Automation editions of BarTender is licensed by the number of printers you print to with BarTender and not by the number of PC's where BarTender is installed and activated. The Seagull License Server is the application that manages and allocates your printer licenses. BarTender connects to it over the network at print time in order to get a printer license. You can configure this connection in BarTender via the "Administer>Licensing Setup" menu item.

Hola, tengo el mismo problema, necesito su ayuda urgente por favor!!

 

tengo el bartender 9.4 , con la licencia de server activado correctamente.

 

y no puedo imprimir me sale modo demostración.

 

me ayudas por favor?

Please note that this is an English Form then I need to answer you in English..

 

Which Edition of BarTender do you have? Automation or Enterprise Automation? If you have Automation please click on "Administer" menu > "Log Setup" item and check if you are logging in BarTender System Database. If yes let me know if you are using a local or centralized System Database.

 

Have you verified if you have any trial feature in use?

On Other hand, have you verified that BarTender can connect with SLS? When BarTender cannot connect with SLS you have a grace period of 72 hours where you will be able to print without connect with Seagull License Server. After this 72 hours you will work in Trial mode.

 

If after this you are still not able to print fine, send us your BarTender label file in order to check the label configuration.

¿Qué edición de BarTender tenéis exactamente, Automation o Enterprise Automation? Si tienes Automation haz click en el menú "Administrar" > "Configurar el registro" y mira si estáis registrando algo en "BarTender System Database". Si es así dejadme saber si BarTender System Database es una base de datos local o centralizada.

¿Por otro lado, habéis verificado que BarTender pueda conectar con License Server? Cuando BarTender no puede conectar con License Server, hay un periodo de gracia de 72 horas en el que se permite imprimir sin conectar con License Server. Pasado este tiempo si no puede conectarse, trabajara en modo de prueba.

 

Si después de verificar todo esto, no consigues imprimir por favor envianos tu etiqueta para poder verificarla.
