Is there a way to change the printable area?

Hi drcs,
As far as the specified area is within your printer's capability, you can modify label size in BarTender's file > Page setup > Page tab and Layout tab.
File > Label format option > View tab's [Show unprintable region] check shows printable boundary on design view, which might helps.
You have some control over label size and paper size from PageSetup class in ActiveX / .net Print SDK.0 -

When I show printable area there is a "left margin" considered non printable area when I have my margins set as 0. I was looking for a way to change this.0 -

I wonder the printer you use requires some margin at left.(many label printers designed like that.)
What is the printer model do you use, and do you use Driver from Seagull?0 -

Thanks for the info. The printer's default unprintable area is 3.8mm, and printable width is 104.1mm.
so, please design within that range. (give 3.8mm left margin.)
(From printer properties > Information tab > Version, you can see the specification from driver's aspect.)
(edit: In printer properties > Printer option > tools > Printer specification, you can set the non default value - however usually this won't work and may cause error / unexpected result to all labels you print, so not recommendable.)0 -
