Bartend.exe Crashes When Printing Label

We are using BarTender Automation Suite 10 SR2. I have a print server on a Windows 2008 Standard 32bit Service Pack 2 server. We are printing labels from Global Shop. Most of the time my labels will print correctly without issue, but sometimes the BarTend.exe process is crashing when a label is sent. This happens on numerous Windows 7 32bit systems. I have configured printers via the print server and have also set them up locally with the same results. Any ideas as to why this would be crashing?
