When you mean quantity, you mean a database field called "Quantity" which is then printed as a number using a text object somewhere on your label design?

    1. What type of database are you using? Is it a proper database or something like Excel?

    2. What type of text object is representing this quantity in your label design? What font is it using? Are you substituting the selected Windows font for a device font?

    3. What printer driver version of the Seagull printer driver are you using? Check this in the driver properties under the "About" tab.

It is a text field that should display the wanted amount, which is printed as a number.

    1. The database is an old IBM system called AS 400 (aka BEPCS)

    2. I'm not sure what you mean about what type of text object? the font is Calibri

    3. I downloaded the newest version from seagull own homepage 3 days ago.

    I have attached the label.

    1. Is MQREQ the field that is supposed to be selected for this quantity text object?

    2. When opening the label format I note that it was created using the "ZDesigner GK420d" printer driver, which is not a driver by Seagull. Are you sure that you're using the Seagull driver when printing? Perhaps this other driver corrupted things a little. If you recreate the label from the start using the Seagull driver from the very beginning, does this fix the problem?
